Court and notaries: perspectives of ontological unity
Gosudarstvo i pravo, 2022Referring to the research on the history of the emergence of notaries in Russia, a single ontological essence of the court and notaries is shown. Currently, the jurisdiction of the courts (both arbitration and general jurisdiction) is a number of so-called “indisputable” cases. These are cases of special and order proceedings.

Meta-Ontology and Accidental Unity
The Philosophical Quarterly, 2006My wife and I and our three children may stand in various relations: being a family, being a basketball team, and so on. I show that Frege's doctrine of existence, when coupled with this simple point, easily solves the problem of material constitution and blocks the overdetermination argument for eliminativism.
