METHODS, APPROACHES, PRINCIPLES, GUIDELINES AND APPLICATIONS ON MULTILINGUAL ONTOLOGIES: A SURVEY
Ontologies are used in various domains to provide meaningful knowledge from data. The data can be in different natural languages. Ontologies with a lexical layer in different natural languages are needed essential to access the multilingual data by the ...

Semantic Similarity in Biomedical Ontologies
In recent years, ontologies have become a mainstream topic in biomedical research. When biological entities are described using a common schema, such as an ontology, they can be compared by means of their annotations.

Durable B‐Cell Impairment While Sparing IgA B Cells After Ocrelizumab Therapy in Multiple Sclerosis
ABSTRACT Objectives Ocrelizumab (OCR), a humanized anti‐CD20 monoclonal antibody, is highly efficient in relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RR‐MS). We assessed early cellular B‐cell profiles in patients prior to OCR treatment, on OCR treatment, and after 15 months of therapy discontinuation.

Towards an Ontological Representation of Resistance: The Case of MRSa [PDF]
This paper addresses a family of issues surrounding the biological phenomenon of resistance and its representation in realist ontologies. Resistance terms from various existing ontologies are examined and found to be either overly narrow, inconsistent ...

Resources and users in the tagging process: approaches and case studies
In this contribution we propose a comparison between two distinct approaches to the annotation of digital resources. The former, top-down, is rooted in the cathedral model and is based on an authoritative, centralized defnition of the adopted mark-up ...

Reachability Matrix Ontology: A Cybersecurity Ontology
In this paper, we describe the Reachability Matrix Ontology (RMO). RMO aims to describe the networks and the cybersecurity domain in order to compute the reachability information (reachability matrix). Reachability Matrix determines if a node can reach another node (via ISO/OSI layers protocol).

NR4A1 Exerts Pro‐Tumor Role in Glioblastoma via Inducing xCT/GPX4‐Regulated Ferroptosis
ABSTRACT Purpose This study investigates NR4A1's paradoxical roles in glioblastoma (GBM) progression, focusing on its mechanistic link to ferroptosis regulation. We aimed to resolve conflicting reports of NR4A1 as both an oncogene and a tumor suppressor by defining its transcriptional control over xCT/GPX4‐mediated iron homeostasis and its clinical ...
