Stereotyped Subclones Revealed by High‐Density Single‐Cell Lineage Tracing Support Robust Development

Based on a well‐established in vitro directed differentiation model and an integrated analysis of high‐density cell lineage trees (CLTs) and single‐cell transcriptomes, it is demonstrated that many subclones are formed by sub‐CLTs resembling each other in terms of both cell type compositions and topological structures.

Bilirubin Targeting WNK1 to Alleviate NLRP3‐Mediated Neuroinflammation

At physiological concentrations, bilirubin binds to the kinase domain of WNK1, thereby augmenting its activity and facilitating the phosphorylation of downstream SPAK/OSR1. This phosphorylation inhibits KCC2 activity, leading to elevate intracellular chloride levels in neurons.

The Mercurial Top-Level Ontology of Large Language Models [PDF]

In our work, we systematize and analyze implicit ontological commitments in the responses generated by large language models (LLMs), focusing on ChatGPT 3.5 as a case study. We investigate how LLMs, despite having no explicit ontology, exhibit implicit ontological categorizations that are reflected in the texts they generate.
