Abstract Dermoscopy of the nail unit (onychoscopy) is a method which allows for non‐invasive observation of the nail structures, increasing the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. Currently, it is used in evaluation of both inflammatory and neoplastic conditions of the nail unit.
