On the Algebraic Structure of Linear Trellises [PDF]
Trellises are crucial graphical representations of codes. While conventional trellises are well understood, the general theory of (tail-biting) trellises is still under development. Iterative decoding concretely motivates such theory. In this paper we first develop a new algebraic framework for a systematic analysis of linear trellises which enables us

Deterministic Writing of Field‐Free and Unipolar Spin‐Transfer Torque Magnetic Random‐Access Memory
Deterministic unipolar‐switching STT‐MRAM with field‐free operation is experimentally demonstrated. The device features a compact 4F2 cell architecture using a diode as the access device and a single magnetic tunneling junction. Unlike conventional bipolar switching STT‐MRAM requiring a three‐terminal access transistor in the array, this design offers ...

Open bite morbidity in school-aged children [PDF]
Universitatea de Stat de Medicină şi Farmacie „Nicolae Testemiţanu”, Chişinău, Republica MoldovaIntroduction. The study of open bite is relevant due to the increase in the incidence of dentomaxillary anomalies in recent years caused by the complexity of ...

Synthetic cells are engineered herein to respond to an external chemical messenger by the activation of intracellular catalysis. The chemical messenger molecules are catalytically generated by an extracellular enzyme or a mineral surface, whereas the intracellular catalysis emerges via direct enzyme activation or via protein refolding.

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Condylar degeneration in patients with dental open bite versus skeletal open bite utilizing CBCT [PDF]
Idiopathic condylar resorption (ICR) is a condition in which either one or both condyles undergo degeneration. Bilateral TMJ involvement presents as a clockwise rotation of the mandible in the posterior-inferior direction, resulting in an anterior open ...

During a dental procedure, patients are often required to have a bite block placed in their mouths to keep them open for the duration of their procedure. These can be very uncomfortable for patients due to lack of properly-fitting sizes.

Electric control of magnetic tunnel junctions offers a path to drastically reduce the energy requirements of the device. Electric field control of magnetization can be realized in a multitude of ways. These mechanisms can be integrated into existing spintronic devices to further reduce the operational energy.

INTRODUCING A NEW REMOVABLE APPLIANCE FOR INTRUSION OF POSTERIOR TEETH
Introduction. In patients with anterior open bite, wether with skeletal factors, or with dental factors, the excessive eruption of posterior teeth, is one of the specific findings, and this excessive eruption causes the backward and downward rotation of ...
