Molecular and functional profiling unravels targetable vulnerabilities in colorectal cancer
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.We used whole exome and RNA‐sequencing to profile divergent genomic and transcriptomic landscapes of microsatellite stable (MSS) and microsatellite instable (MSI) colorectal cancer.
