Multi‐Functional ZnO–Te Heterojunction Devices Enabling Compact Frequency Quadrupler
Wafer‐scale ZnO–Te heterojunction devices featuring tunable double negative differential transconductance (D‐NDT) are demonstrated at ≤ 200°C. Leveraging this unique characteristic, a single‐stage frequency quadrupler is realized, achieving a 64%–75% reduction in device count.

cuIBM -- A GPU-accelerated Immersed Boundary Method [PDF]
A projection-based immersed boundary method is dominated by sparse linear algebra routines. Using the open-source Cusp library, we observe a speedup (with respect to a single CPU core) which reflects the constraints of a bandwidth-dominated problem on ...

Assembly of Cell‐Seeded 3D Printed Hydrogel Modules with Perfusable Channel Networks
Macroscale assembly was utilized to prepare perfusable tissue constructs from individually 3D printed hydrogel modules with embedded branched channel networks and port arrays for cell seeding. Novel multi‐material bioreactors were fabricated to facilitate the gluing of individual modules and the perfusion culture of assembled modular constructs seeded ...
