On a new type of singular point for meromorphic functions in the open unit disk

open access: closedMathematische Nachrichten, 2013
In this note, we will confirm the existence of a new type of singular point of an admissible meromorphic function in the unit disk. This work is a counterpart of the result of a meromorphic function with order in the complex plane studied by W. C. Lin and S. Mori.

Shortest Path Separators in Unit Disk Graphs

Embedded Systems and Applications
We introduce a new balanced separator theorem for unit-disk graphs involving two shortest paths combined with the 1-hop neighbours of those paths and two other vertices.

Slope Problem for Trajectories of Holomorphic Semigroups in the Unit Disk

, 2014
It has been an open problem for about 10 years whether every trajectory of a parabolic one-parameter semigroup in the unit disk tends to the Denjoy–Wolff point with a definite (and common for all trajectories) slope.

The Maximum Clique Problem in a Disk Graph Made Easy

International Symposium on Computational Geometry
A disk graph is an intersection graph of disks in $\mathbb{R}^2$. Determining the computational complexity of finding a maximum clique in a disk graph is a long-standing open problem. In 1990, Clark, Colbourn, and Johnson gave a polynomial-time algorithm
