A Calculus for Language Transformations [PDF]
In this paper we propose a calculus for expressing algorithms for programming languages transformations. We present the type system and operational semantics of the calculus, and we prove that it is type sound. We have implemented our calculus, and we demonstrate its applicability with common examples in programming languages.

C–C chemokine receptor type 9 (CCR9) is an immune checkpoint in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Novel anti‐CCR9 antibody SRB2 was evaluated in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy in PDAC cells, patient‐derived organoids, patient‐derived xenografts, and humanized mouse models.

On the connections of Hille-Phillips functional calculus with Bochner-Phillips functional calculus [PDF]
The extension of Hille-Phillips functional calculus of semigroup generators which leads to unbounded operators is considered. Connections of this calculus to Bochner-Phillips functional calculus are indicated. In particular, the multiplication rule and the composition rule are proved. Several examples are given.

Overexpression of CHRDL2 in colon cancer cells makes them more stem‐like and resistant to chemo‐ and radiotherapy. CHRDL2‐high cells have upregulation of the WNT pathway, genes involved in the DNA damage response (DDR) pathway and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT). This leads to quicker repair of damaged DNA and more cell migration.

Symbolic calculus for Toeplitz operators with half-forms [PDF]
This paper is devoted to the use of half-form bundles in the symbolic calculus of Berezin-Toeplitz operators on Kahler manifolds. We state the Bohr-Sommerfeld conditions and relate them to the functional calculus of Toeplitz operators, a trace formula and the characteristic classes in deformation quantization.

Combinatorial Interpretation and Operator Calculus of Lommel Polynomials
In this paper we present interpretations of Lommel polynomials and their derivatives. A combinatorial interpretation uses matchings in graphs. This gives an interpretation for the derivatives as well. Then Lommel polynomials are considered from the point

EMT‐associated bias in the Parsortix® system observed with pancreatic cancer cell lines
The Parsortix® system was tested for CTC enrichment using pancreatic cancer cell lines with different EMT phenotypes. Spike‐in experiments showed lower recovery of mesenchymal‐like cells. This was confirmed with an EMT‐inducible breast cancer cell line.

A novel method for tracking structural changes in gels using widely accessible microcomputed tomography is presented and validated for various hydro‐, alco‐, and aerogels. The core idea of the method is to track positions of micrometer‐sized tracer particles entrapped in the gel and relate them to the density of the gel network.

Functional calculus extensions on dual spaces [PDF]
In this note, we show that if a Banach space X has a predual, then every bounded linear operator on X with a continuous functional calculus admits a bounded Borel functional calculus. A consequence of this is that on such a Banach space, the classes of finitely spectral and prespectral operators coincide.
