Development of 4T1 breast cancer mouse model system for preclinical carbonic anhydrase IX studies
Carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX) is a well‐recognised therapeutic target and prognostic biomarker in cancer. We developed and characterised a robust murine breast cancer model system that is suitable for CAIX studies in vitro and in vivo—it comprises both CAIX‐positive and CAIX‐negative controls and provides a solid platform for the comprehensive ...

Particular case of operator calculus for generalized functions with supports in cone
In this work the construction of functional calculus for strongly continuous semigroups of operators in Schwartz distribution algebra on some cone is generalized.

Heisenberg calculus and spectral theory of hypoelliptic operators on Heisenberg manifolds [PDF]
This memoir deals with the hypoelliptic calculus on Heisenberg manifolds, or Heisenberg calculus. The Heisenberg manifolds generalize CR and contact manifolds and in this context the main differential operators at stake include the H\"ormander's sum of squares, the Kohn Laplacian, the horizontal sublaplacian and its conformal powers and the contact ...

20 Hz mechanical vibration induced A431 cancer cells' apoptosis without such effect on other healthy cell lines of L929 and C2C12. Lowered glucose consumption is observed specifically in A431. The expressions of ROS, HMGB1, and HSP1 levels initially increase and subsequently decrease in the cancer cell line, as opposed to L929 and C2C12, which ...

On Simple Characterisations of Sheffer psi- polynomials and Related Propositions of the Calculus of Sequences [PDF]
A calculus of sequences started in 1936 opened the way for future extensions of umbral calculus in its finite operator form. Because of historically established notation we call it the psi-calculus.It appears in parts to be almost automatic extension of the standard classical finite operator calculus.

The inactivation of SLC35C1 (GDP‐fucose transporter) and enzymes involved in GDP‐fucose biosynthesis was studied. Fucose supplementation increases the level of GDP‐fucose to abnormal, millimolar values in the absence of the TSTA3 protein and SLC35C1 in contrast to the GMDS/SLC35C1 double mutant.
