LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

The ideal envelope of an operator algebra [PDF]
A left ideal of any C -algebra is an example of an operator algebra with a right contractive approximate identity (r.c.a.i.). Conversely, we show here and in (6) that operator algebras with r.c.a.i. should be studied in terms of a certain left ideal of

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Interior Operators Generated by Ideals in Complete Domains
This article presents some properties of a special class of interior operators generated by ideals. The mathematical framework is given by complete domains, namely complete posets in which the set of minimal elements is a basis.

REAL AND COMPLEX OPERATOR IDEALS [PDF]
The powerful concept of an operator ideal on the class of all Banach spaces makes sense in the real and in the complex case. In both settings we may, for example, consider compact, nuclear, or $2$--summing operators, where the definitions are adapted to each other in a natural way. This paper deals with the question whether or not that fact is based on

Rethinking plastic waste: innovations in enzymatic breakdown of oil‐based polyesters and bioplastics
Plastic pollution remains a critical environmental challenge, and current mechanical and chemical recycling methods are insufficient to achieve a fully circular economy. This review highlights recent breakthroughs in the enzymatic depolymerization of both oil‐derived polyesters and bioplastics, including high‐throughput protein engineering, de novo ...

Three-operator Problems in Banach Spaces
We study the analogue of 3-space problems for classes of operators acting on Banach spaces. We show examples of classes of operators having or failing the 3-operator property, and give several methods to obtain classes with this property.
