Self‐Assembled Monolayers in p–i–n Perovskite Solar Cells: Molecular Design, Interfacial Engineering, and Machine Learning–Accelerated Material Discovery

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights the role of self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) in perovskite solar cells, covering molecular engineering, multifunctional interface regulation, machine learning (ML) accelerated discovery, advanced device architectures, and pathways toward scalable fabrication and commercialization for high‐efficiency and stable single‐junction and

Nonlinear mappings of monotone type in Banach spaces

open access: yes, 1972
A new class of (nonlinear) operators of monotone type is introduced: a mapping T from the real Banach space X into the set 2X∗ of all subsets of the conjugate space X∗ is said to be generalized pseudo-monotone if for any sequence {uj} in the effective ...

Room‐Temperature Skyrmionic Synapse in 2D Ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 Operating via Collective Spin Texture Transformation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a neuromorphic synapse in 2D Fe3GaTe2 flakes. The device operates via a current‐driven transformation from a skyrmion‐lattice to a stripe‐domain state, yielding a linear anomalous Hall resistance response with a tunable slope to enable multiply‐accumulate operations. Simulations confirm its viability in artificial neural networks.

Some Stationary and Evolution Problems Governed by Various Notions of Monotone Operators

open access: yes, 2021
The purpose of this work is to explore some notions of monotonicity for operators between Banach spaces and the applications to the study of boundary value problems (BVPs) and initial boundary value problems (IBVPs) for partial differential equations ...

Self‐Powered Flexible Triboelectric‐Gated Ion‐Gel Transistor for Neuromorphic Tactile Sensing and Human Activity Recognition

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A fully flexible ion‐gel‐gated graphene‐channel transistor driven by a triboelectric nanogenerator enables self‐powered tactile sensing and synaptic learning. Mimicking spike‐rate‐dependent plasticity, the device exhibits frequency‐selective potentiation and depression, supporting rate‐coded neuromorphic computation even under flex.

Ultra‐Confinement of Polaritons in Single Atomic Layer Ag Photonic Quantum Dots

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Strong confinement of surface phonon polaritons of silicon carbide was achieved in photonic quantum dots fabricated from van der Waals heterostructure of epitaxial graphene over single‐atomic layer silver. Scattering‐type scanning near‐field optical microscopy combined with an analytical approach, developed to reveal local propagation constants with ...

Large‐Area 2D Metasurface‐Based Triboelectric E‐Skin Arrays: Contact & Proximity Tactile Mapping with Broadband Acoustic Readouts

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Metasurface‐engineered NC‐TENG arrays integrate tactile pressure mapping, non‐contact gesture sensing, and acoustic signal readouts in one ultrathin module, and outperforms pristine PDMS in terms of electrical output and real‐time spatial mapping for next‐gen wearables.

All‐Optical Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function for Sustainable Security

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐optical reconfigurable physical unclonable function (PUF) is demonstrated using plasmonic coupling–induced sintering of optically trapped gold nanoparticles, where Brownian motion serves as a robust entropy source. The resulting optical PUF exhibits high encoding density, strong resistance to modeling attacks, and practical authentication ...

Nonlinear random equations involving operators of monotone type

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1986
In this paper some new existence theorems for nonlinear random equations with operators of monotone type are presented. In section 3 we treat nonlinear random equations which contain multivalued maximal monotone operators. In section 4 we study a random Hammerstein equation in a Hilbert space involving a linear maximal monotone random operator and a ...
