Characterisation of Haemolytic Uropathogenic Escherichia coli Isolated From Dogs and Cats

The present study characterises 51 canine and feline haemolytic E. coli isolates from urinary tract infections by a polyphasic approach, including susceptibility testing, CH‐clonotyping, and DNA microarrays.
