The Association of IL‐17RC Polymorphisms rs708567 and rs76999397 With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
ABSTRACT Background: Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is characterized by the clonal proliferation of immature lymphoid precursors in the bone marrow or peripheral blood. This study investigates whether genetic polymorphisms in IL‐17RC are associated with an increased risk of ALL in the Saudi population.

Phosphorylation analysis of posterior longitudinal ligament ossification (OPLL) in mice.
Proteomics revealed phosphorylation of (A) MAPK kinase kinase (MAP3K)15 at threonine 1076 and serine 1078, (B) E3 ubiquitin ligase at serine 419, and (C) protein kinase C alpha at serine 235 in OPLL ligament primary cells derived from CXCL7-null mice ...

ABSTRACT Conventional MRI is limited in imaging tissues with short T2 relaxation times, such as bone, ligaments, and cartilage, due to their rapid signal decay. This limitation has spurred the development of specialized MRI techniques designed specifically for short‐T2 tissue imaging.

SOX8 is downregulated in OPLL and inhibits the osteogenic differentiation of ligament fibroblasts. TRIM25 promotes the ubiquitination and degradation of SOX8, while SOX8 transcriptionally activates OSR2 to suppress osteogenesis. The TRIM25/SOX8/OSR2 axis represents a key regulatory mechanism and a potential therapeutic target for OPLL.

This study investigates the efficacy, safety, and feasibility of the AUSS‐assisted ACAF technique for treating cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (COPLL) involving C2. Through surgical intervention and long‐term follow‐up of 16 relevant patients, this research demonstrates the significant therapeutic efficacy and high safety ...

The patient was a 52‐year‐old male with OLF (T9‐T11). (A and B) Preoperative MRI and CT sagittal reconstruction images (* ossified ligamenta flavum); (C) CT coronal reconstruction images showed the positional relationship between the OLF and the POT (2, 6 are the upper POT, * are the OLF, 3, 5 are the lower POT).
