Ganoderma Sinense Soluble Dietary Fiber Alleviates Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease by Regulating Liver Metabolism

open access: yeseFood, Volume 6, Issue 4, August 2025.
This study evaluated the effect of soluble dietary fiber from Ganoderma sinense on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by establishing in vitro cell and in vivo mouse models. Ganoderma sinense soluble dietary fiber (GSSDF) alleviates nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by regulating lipid metabolism and reducing oxidative stress.

Fluorine‐Free Cosolvent Chemistry Empowering Sodium‐Sulfurized Polyacrylonitrile Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, Volume 15, Issue 25, July 1, 2025.
The synergy between 1,2‐dimethoxypropane (DMP) and cyclopentyl methyl ether (CPME) enables a fluorine‐free, anion‐rich ether‐based electrolyte with excellent compatibility with sodium‐metal anode, enabling Na‐SPAN (sulfurized polyacrylonitrile) cells with high‐sulfur‐content SPAN cathodes (S > 45%) to achieve exceptional cycling stability and rate ...

Comparative Analysis of the Daily Liver Metabolomics of Asian Particolored Bat

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 7, July 2025.
This study elucidated the composition of liver metabolites and clarified the rhythmic patterns of critical metabolites and associated physiological processes in the bat liver. The circadian‐regulated metabolic patterns in bats may have significant implications for their energy strategies and survival.
