Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) infection creates a high‐lactate microenvironment, promoting p300‐mediated lactylation of PGK1 at lysine 361 (K361). Lactylated PGK1 translocates to the mitochondrial outer membrane and interacts with VDAC3. This interaction triggers FtMt downregulation, iron accumulation, and excessive PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy,

Document Image Binarization Using Retinex and Global Thresholding
Document images are usually degraded in the course of photocopying, faxing, printing, or scanning. Degradation problems seems negligible to human eyes but can be responsible for an abrupt decline in accuracy by the current generation of optical character

OCR: Optical Character Recognition
Abstract:In many different fields, there is a great need to save the information contained in printed or written documents or ima ges to the computer for later use. An easy way to save the information in these printed documents to your computer is to scan the document and save it as an image file.

Attacking Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Systems with Adversarial Watermarks
Optical character recognition (OCR) is widely applied in real applications serving as a key preprocessing tool. The adoption of deep neural network (DNN) in OCR results in the vulnerability against adversarial examples which are crafted to mislead the output of the threat model.
