Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography in Glaucoma

open access: yesJournal of glaucoma, 2020
Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a relatively new, noninvasive, dye-free imaging modality that provides a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the vasculature in the retina and optic nerve head.

Multirate Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2023
Optical coherence tomography is state-of-the-art in non-invasive imaging of biological structures. Spectral Domain Optical Co-herence Tomography is the popularly used variation of this technique, but its performance is limited by the bandwidth and res-olution of the system.

Imaging internal flows in a drying sessile polymer dispersion drop using Spectral Radar Optical Coherence Tomography (SR-OCT) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
In this work, we present the visualization of the internal flows in a drying sessile polymer dispersion drop on hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces with Spectral Radar Optical Coherence Tomography (SR-OCT).We have found that surface features such as the

IMAGE ARTIFACTS IN OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY ANGIOGRAPHY

open access: yesRetina, 2015
Purpose: To describe image artifacts of optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography and their underlying causative mechanisms. To establish a common vocabulary for the artifacts observed.

Optical Coherence Tomography and Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography in Multiple Sclerosis

open access: yesHealthcare, 2022
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an inflammatory and neurodegenerative, potentially disabling disease of the central nervous system. OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) and OCT-A (Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiography) are imaging techniques for the retina and choroid that are used in the diagnosis and monitoring of ophthalmological conditions.

Demonstration of Dispersion-Cancelled Quantum-Optical Coherence Tomography [PDF]

open access: yesPhys. Rev. Lett. 91, 083601 (2003), 2003
We present an experimental demonstration of quantum optical coherence tomography (QOCT). The technique makes use of an entangled twin-photon light source to carry out axial optical sectioning. QOCT is compared to conventional optical co1herence tomography (OCT).

All fiber polarization insensitive detection for spectrometer based optical coherence tomography using optical switch

open access: yes, 2019
Polarization dependent image artifacts are common in optical coherence tomography imaging. Polarization insensitive detection scheme for swept source based optical coherence tomography systems is well established but is yet to be demonstrated for all ...

SVM-based texture classification in optical coherence tomography [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
This paper describes a new method for automated texture classification for glaucoma detection using high resolution retinal Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). OCT is a non-invasive technique that produces cross-sectional imagery of ocular tissue.

Scheme for coherent-state quantum process tomography via normally-ordered moments [PDF]

open access: yesPhys. Rev. A 95, 032336 (2017), 2017
Using coherent states in optical quantum process tomography is a practically-relevant approach. Here, we develop a framework for complete characterization of quantum-optical processes in terms of normally-ordered moments by using coherent states as probes. We derive the associated superoperator tensors for several optical processes.
