Integration of Reconfigurable p‐Bit and 1R Crossbar Array for Memristive Probabilistic Computing
Advanced Science, EarlyView.A memristive probabilistic computing system is demonstrated by integrating stochastic p‐bits based on volatile memristors with a 1R crossbar array encoding interaction weights. The system performs weighted‐sum operations across the array and updates p‐bits iteratively.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A scalable electrochemical doping strategy enables in situ p‐to‐n polarity conversion in tin oxide (SnO) thin films using electrolyte gating. Both the pristine p‐type SnO transistor and the electrochemically converted n‐type SnO2 transistor exhibited noticeable and stable electrical performance.

Repurposing a Small Molecule Plant Hormone as a Tunable ON‐Switch for CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy
Advanced Science, EarlyView.By engineering a receptor system integrating the plant auxin receptor AFB1 with its co‐receptor IAA7, we enable ligand‐dependent interactions triggered by the plant hormone auxins. This design allows rapid, reversible, and dose‐dependent T cell activation, resulting in potent cytotoxicity against B‐cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo.
