Barrier‐assisted NH3 plasma doping enables damage‐free, spatially selective carrier modulation in monolayer MoS2 transistors. Cu and Pd dual single atoms anchored on TiO2 cooperatively enhance C─C coupling during CO2 photoreduction in seawater. Under xenon‐light irradiation and without a sacrificial reagent/alkaline trapping agent, the catalyst achieves highly selective acetic acid formation.

Ba‐doped SrTiO3 perovskites establish a direct correlation between photoelectrochemical activity and photocatalytic performance. Optimized Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 exhibits enhanced charge separation, photocurrent generation, and visible‐light‐driven dye degradation through defect‐induced oxygen vacancies and lattice distortion.
