IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

Good quasi-cyclic codes derived from irreducible cyclic codes [Elektronisk resurs]
As a generalization of cyclic codes, quasi-cyclic codes contain many good linear codes. Extensive search is made and lots of good quasi-cyclic codes are obtained from irreducible cyclic codes. A new binary [95, 13, 40] code which improves the lower bound

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Accurate optimal quantum error correction thresholds from coherent information
Quantum error correcting (QEC) codes protect quantum information from decoherence as long as error rates fall below critical error thresholds. In general, obtaining thresholds implies simulating the QEC procedure using, in general, suboptimal decoding ...

Construction of extremal self-dual codes over Z8 and Z16
We present a method of constructing free self-dual codes over Z8 and Z16 which are extremal or optimal with respect to the Hamming weight. We first prove that every (extremal or optimal) free self-dual code over Z2m can be found from a binary (extremal ...
