Optimal static range reporting in one dimension
Proceedings of the thirty-third annual ACM symposium on Theory of computing, 2001We consider static one dimensional range searching problems. These problems are to build static data structures for an integer set S \subseteq U, where U = \{0,1,\dots,2^w-1\}, which support various queries for integer intervals of U. For the query of reporting all integers in S contained within a query interval, we present an optimal data structure ...

OPTIMAL SUBCUBE EMBEDDABILITY IN HYPERCUBES WITH ADDITIONAL DIMENSIONS
Parallel Processing Letters, 2010Subcube embeddability of the hypercube can be enhanced by introducing an additional dimension. A set of new dimensions, characterized by the Hamming distance between the pairs of nodes it connects, is introduced using a measure defined as the magnitude of a dimension.

Optimal Range Max Datacube for Fixed Dimensions
International Journal of Foundations of Computer Science, 2002We present a new data structure to support orthogonal range max queries on a datacube. For a d-dimensional datacube with size n in each dimension where d≤c3 log log n/ log ( log * n), our structure requires [Formula: see text] query time and O((c2n)d) storage where c1, c2 and c3 are constants independent of d and n; and log * n is the minimum number ...
