Optimizing communications solutions
IEEE Communications Magazine, 1993The role of customer premises equipment (CPE) in the deployment of intelligent network capabilities is discussed. The evolution of CPE from traditional telephones, PBX switches, PC adjuncts, and key systems to high-grade audio, video and television media, and advanced consumer electronics systems is described.

Stability of Locally Optimal Solutions
SIAM Journal on Optimization, 2000The authors give a second-order characterization for the Lipschitz stability of local solutions to finite-dimensional parametrized optimization problems. The approach bases on the notions of proximal subgradients and coderivative Hessians of the essential objective function and especially on properties of continuous prox-regularity of this function. Solution of Practical Optimization Problems
IEEE Transactions on Systems Science and Cybernetics, 1970A method is described for the solution of both linear and nonlinear optimization problems with inequality constraints. Use of the suggested method permits the point of conditional absolute minimum to be found directly when the objective function has a single minimum and when the constraints generate a feasible design region.

ACM SIGMAP Bulletin, 1980
The behavior of LP models is a topic in which I have had some interest in recent years. I speak of behavior of the model itself, as distinct from the behavior of the algorithm, the solution path or the accuracy of the model representation. I have submitted several papers on this topic before to the SIGMAP bulletin (1, 2, 3).

Optimality Conditions for Pareto-Optimal Solutions
Key Engineering Materials, 2016In this paper the authors describe necessary conditions of optimality for continuous multicriteria optimization problems. It is proved that the existence of effective solutions requires that the gradients of individual criteria were linearly dependent. The set of solutions is given by system of equations.
