Abstract Two cases of oral manifestations of reticuloendotheliosis were described: one a monocytic leukemia, the other an eosinophilic granuloma. The monocytic leukemia was manifested by increase of the monocytic elements in the blood and infiltration of the gingiva by histiocytic cells.
