Clinical Care Guideline Implementation of Nebulized Tranexamic Acid in Post‐Tonsillectomy Hemorrhage

In our quality initiative, we demonstrated how clinical care guidelines can be used as a strategy to implement tranexamic acid treatment of post‐tonsillectomy hemorrhage. High rates of algorithm adherence were observed with an associated reduction in need for operative control of hemorrhage.
