While corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulin, and plasmapheresis are effective first‐line immunotherapies, a subset of patients remains treatment‐refractory.

Simultaneous seropositivity for both antibodies in a single patient is exceedingly rare.

This chapter focuses on the development of young learners’ ability to communicate in a foreign language.
