Abstract Hip arthroscopy is an established treatment for femoroacetabular impingement syndrome, with demonstrated long‐term efficacy. However, the deep‐seated anatomy of the hip joint and its complex periarticular structures pose significant challenges for achieving safe capsulotomy and adequate intra‐articular exposure.
