Hyperspectral data in water stress detection

open access: yesInternational Journal of Horticultural Science, 2014
Remote sensing methods are applied widespread to investigate large land fields. Within these methods the status of certain vegetation can be determined based on the reflectance spectra of the chlorophyll, in order to support agriculture, forestry and the

MEOX1 Coordinates Autocrine‐Paracrine Programs via SPHK1/S1P to Promote Lymph Node Metastasis in Ovarian Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In ovarian cancer, MEOX1 activates the SPHK1/S1P pathway to promote both tumor progression and tumor–stroma crosstalk. MEOX1‐dependent signaling drives CAF activation, enhances VEGF‐C expression, and stimulates lymphangiogenesis, ultimately facilitating lymph node metastasis.

Green manure incorporation enhanced soil labile phosphorus and fruit tree growth

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science
IntroductionThe incorporation of green manures substantially enhances the conversion of external phosphorus (P) fertilizers and soil-reserved P into forms readily available to plants.

Boosting Sensory Nerve‐to‐Bone Interactions Enhances Hedgehog Mediated Calvarial Bone Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Boosting sensory nerve activity via TrkA agonism strongly accelerates calvarial bone repair in adult mice. Furthermore, single‐cell RNA sequencing and neuron–bone interactome analyses identify these sensory neurons as a direct neural source of Hedgehog pathway ligands. Consequently, these ligands drive osteoblast differentiation of skeletal progenitors,

Patterns and Factors of Soil Structure Recovery as Revealed From a Tillage and Cover-Crop Experiment in a Compacted Orchard

open access: yesFrontiers in Environmental Science, 2018
Degraded soil structure recovery is much less documented than structure degradation and in particular compaction. In this field experiment, the effects of rotary spade tillage followed by Sorghum cover crop (cover-crop treatment) on the degraded ...

Growth control of herbaceous ground cover and egg quality from an integrated poultry-hazelnut orchard system

open access: yesItalian Journal of Agronomy, 2020
The present study was designed to assess the impact of hen grazing on plant biodiversity in the ground cover of hazelnut orchards, as well as the quality of eggs from hens grazing in the orchards.

p300 Degradation by the p53‐SIAH1 Axis Relieves TBK1 Acetylation to Enhance Innate Antiviral Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies p300 as the acetyltransferase that acetylates TBK1 and inhibits its phosphorylation. Activation of the p53‐SIAH1 axis by immune response downregulates p300 expression to sustain innate antiviral immunity. Conditional p300 knockout in alveolar epithelial cells in vivo promotes antiviral responses and suppresses virus replication ...

Advancing Fruit Bioimpedance Monitoring With Sustainable, Soft, And Bio‐Based Electrodes Beyond ECG

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Electrical impedance spectroscopy enables non‐destructive fruit quality monitoring, but conventional ECG and needle electrodes compromise signal stability, fruit physiology, and sustainability. This perspective highlights the transition toward soft, biocompatible, and biodegradable electrode interfaces based on natural substrates, bio‐derived ...

Le « sanctuaire » végétal de Jaunay-Clan. Un aménagement du ier siècle dans une exploitation agricole

open access: yesArchéopages, 2014
A huge plot measuring more than 4 ha and exploited in the second quarter of the first century AD (AD 30–50) was uncovered on the site of “La Viaube 1” at Jaunay-Clan (Vienne) on the left bank of the valley of the river Clain.
