UNITS OF CLASSICAL ORDERS: A SURVEY
1994A valuable account on theorems and methods for the investigation of unit groups of orders in semisimple \(\mathbb{Q}\)-algebras \(A\) is given. Having in mind Dirichlet's unit theorem as the most classical fact in this area, the author presents a number of generalizations and structural results on unit groups which enable him, at the end of this ...

Ordering broken unit tests for focused debugging
20th IEEE International Conference on Software Maintenance, 2004. Proceedings., 2004Current unit test frameworks present broken unit tests in an arbitrary order, but developers want to focus on the most specific ones first. We have therefore inferred a partial order of unit tests corresponding to a coverage hierarchy of their sets of covered method signatures: When several unit tests in this coverage hierarchy break, we can guide the ...

Especially mathematics, but also theoretical physics works basically with structures. The experimental verification or falsification of the physical structures employs units, which allow, in addition to a quantification by numbers, also a qualitative differentiation — a length, for example three meter, is different from a mass, for example three ...
