Nilpotent subspaces of maximal dimension in semisimple Lie algebras [PDF]
We show that a linear subspace of a reductive Lie algebra g that consists of nilpotent elements has dimension at most equal to the number of positive roots, and that any nilpotent subspace attaining this upper bound is equal to the nilradical of a Borel ...

Tropical Grassmannians, cluster algebras and scattering amplitudes
We provide a cluster-algebraic approach to the computation of the recently introduced generalised biadjoint scalar amplitudes related to Grassmannians Gr(k, n). A finite cluster algebra provides a natural triangulation for the tropical Grassmannian whose

Algebraic Geometry Over Complete Lattices and Involutive Pocrims
An involutive pocrim is a resituated integral partially ordered commutative monoid with an involution operator, consider as an algebra. In this paper it is proved that the variety of a finitely generated by involutive pocrims of finite type has a ...

Coordinated node and link mapping VNE using a new paths algebra strategy
The main resource allocation research challenge in network virtualization is the Virtual Network Embedding (VNE) Problem. It consists of two stages, usually performed separately: node mapping and link mapping.

Artificial Intelligence Meets Micro/Nanorobotics
Artificial intelligence is transforming micro‐ and nanorobots from externally controlled, task‐specific machines into adaptive, autonomous systems. Machine learning, multimodal perception, digital twins, AI‐guided materials and geometry design enhance propulsion, localization, decision‐making, whichaccelerates clinical and environmental applications ...

Linguistic-Valued Approximate Reasoning With Lattice Ordered Linguistic-Valued Credibility [PDF]
Linguistic terms are often used to represent the truth degree or credibility degree to manage the uncertainty or imprecision as one of popular ways of knowledge representation in the perception-based decision making problem.

Continuum Mechanics Modeling of Flexible Spring Joints in Surgical Robots
A new mechanical model of a tendon‐actuated helical extension spring joint in surgical robots is built using Cosserat rod theory. The model can implicitly handle the unknown contacts between adjacent coils and numerically predict spring shapes from straight to significantly bent under actuation forces.
