In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Coincidences and colorings of lattices and Z-modules [PDF]
Loquias M. Coincidences and colorings of lattices and Z-modules. Bielefeld (Germany): Bielefeld University; 2010.This thesis delves into the coincidence problem for sublattices and submodules, colorings of lattices and Z-modules, shifted lattices and ...

P4bm framework in NaNbO3‐Ba(Ti, Hf)O3 ferrodistortive relaxor entails short‐range and highly‐polar ferrodistortive orders. The abundant highly‐polar orders facilitate to increase entropy change, and robust octahedral oxygen tilt enables to impede thermal perturbations.

Monoids, Boolean Algebras, Materially Ordered Sets
In this paper, the interplay between certain mathematical structures is elucidated. First, it is shown that there is a one-to-one correspondence between bounded half-lattices and commutative idempotent monoids (c.i.-monoids).

Omnipolar Magnetic Field Detection by Superlattice‐Based Hall Sensor
Magnetic‐field‐induced electronic switching is demonstrated in unit‐cell‐engineered La0.7Sr0.3MnO3–BiFeO3 superlattices. Distinct substrate terminations modify magnetic and transport properties. Hall resistance measurements show omnipolar, hysteretic anomalous Hall switching above the Curie temperature, arising from Fe─Mn interfacial exchange, enabling

Rough analysis in lattices [PDF]
An outline of an algebraie generalization of the rough set theory is presented in the paper. It is shown that the majority of the basic concepts of this theory has an immediate algebraic generalization, and that some rough set facts are true in general ...

Spatially Modulated Morphotropic Phase Boundaries in a Compressively Strained Multiferroic Thin Film
ABSTRACT The coexisting rhombohedral‐like (R′, MA) and tetragonal‐like (T′, MC) monoclinic phases in compressively strained bismuth ferrite thin films exhibit exceptional piezoelectric and magnetic properties. While previous studies have largely focused on probing the morphotropic phase boundaries (MPBs) comprising ordered R′/T′ twins, their self ...

The pagenumber of ordered sets.
The main result is this The pagenumber of a series-parallel planar ordered set is at most two. We present an $O(n\sp3)$ algorithm to construct a two-page embedding in the case that it is a lattice, where n is the number of the elements of the lattice ...

Capacities and Games on Lattices: A Survey of Result [PDF]
We provide a survey of recent developments about capacities (or fuzzy measures) and ccoperative games in characteristic form, when they are defined on more general structures than the usual power set of the universal set, namely lattices. In a first part,
