Topological aspects in vector optimization problems

open access: yesVìsnik Dnìpropetrovsʹkogo Unìversitetu: Serìâ Modelûvannâ, 2009
In this paper, we study vector optimization problems in partially ordered Banach spaces. We suppose that an objective mapping possesses a weakened property of lower semicontinuity and make no assumptions on the interior of the ordering cone.

Ordered Vector Valued Double Sequence Spaces

open access: yesFasciculi Mathematici, 2015
AbstractIn this paper we have introduced an order relation on convergent double sequences and have constructed an ordered vector space, Riesz space, order complete vector space in case of double sequences. We have verified the Archimedean property.

Topological properties and matrix transformations of certain ordered generalized sequence spaces

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1995
In this note, we carry out investigations related to the mixed impact of ordering and topological structure of a locally convex solid Riesz space (X,τ) and a scalar valued sequence space λ, on the vector valued sequence space λ(X) which is formed and ...

A short note on band projections in partially ordered vector spaces [PDF]

open access: yesIndagationes mathematicae, 2018
Consider an Archimedean partially ordered vector space $X$ with generating cone (or, more generally, a pre-Riesz space $X$). Let $P$ be a linear projection on $X$ such that both $P$ and its complementary projection $I - P$ are positive; we prove that the

Order preserving functions on ordered topological vector spaces [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of the Australian Mathematical Society, 1999
In this paper we prove the existence of continuous order preserving functions on ordered topological vector spaces in an infinite-dimensional setting. In a certain class of topological vector spaces we prove the existence of topologies for which every continuous total preorder has a continuous order preserving representation and show that the Mackey ...

Remarks on the Paper ``Coupled Fixed Point Theorems for Single-Valued Operators in b-Metric Spaces'' [PDF]

open access: yesMathematics Interdisciplinary Research, 2017
In this paper, we improve some recent coupled fixed point results for single-valued operators in the framework of ordered b-metric spaces established by Bota et al. [M-F. Bota, A. Petrusel, G. Petrusel and B.

An order topology in ordered topological vector spaces [PDF]

open access: yesTransactions of the American Mathematical Society, 1976
An order topology Ω \Omega that can be defined on any partially-ordered space has as its closed sets those that contain the (o)-limits of all their (o)-convergent nets. In this paper we study the situation in which a topological vector space with a Schauder basis is ordered by the basis cone. In a Fréchet space (

Helical spin dynamics in commensurate magnets: A study on brochantite, Cu_{4}SO_{4}(OH)_{6}

open access: yesPhysical Review Research, 2023
We report the direct observation of a commensurate-ordered antiferromagnetic (AFM) state but incommensurate helical spin dynamics in the natural mineral brochantite Cu_{4}SO_{4}(OH)_{6} through neutron diffraction and neutron spectroscopy measurements ...

Coupled fixed point results for new classes of functions on ordered vector metric space

open access: yesActa Mathematica Hungarica
The contraction condition in the Banach contraction principle forces a function to be continuous. Many authors overcome this obligation and weaken the hypotheses via metric spaces endowed with a partial order. In this paper, we present some coupled fixed
