Peripheral lysosomes recruit PLEKHG3 to focal adhesions and restrain protrusion dynamics
Proximity‐dependent labeling at the LAMTOR complex revealed the Rho GEF PLEKHG3 as a lysosome‐proximal protein directing the study toward the influence of lysosome positioning on actin dynamics and cell motility. We show that PLEKHG3 colocalizes with lysosomes at focal adhesion sites and observe that forced peripheral dispersion of lysosomes hinders ...

Post-processing of Deep Web Information Extraction Based on Domain Ontology
Many methods are utilized to extract and process query results in deep Web, which rely on the different structures of Web pages and various designing modes of databases. However, some semantic meanings and relations are ignored.

Bands in partially ordered vector spaces with order unit [PDF]
In an Archimedean directed partially ordered vector space X, one can define the concept of a band in terms of disjointness. Bands can be studied by using a vector lattice cover Y of X.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Order convergence of vector measures on topological spaces [PDF]
Summary: Let \(X\) be a completely regular Hausdorff space, \(E\) a boundedly complete vector lattice, \(C_{b}(X)\) the space of all, bounded, real-valued continuous functions on \(X\), \(\mathcal {F}\) the algebra generated by the zero-sets of \(X\), and \(\mu \: C_{b}(X) \to E\) a positive linear map.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Infinitesimals in ordered vector spaces
An infinitesimal approach to ordered spaces is proposed. Archimedean property and Dedekind completeness in ordered spaces are discussed from a nonstandard point of view.

Shape preserving approximation in vector ordered spaces
AbstractThe aim of this note is to extend some classical results on the shape preserving approximation of real functions (of real variables) to functions with values in ordered vector spaces.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.
