2015Öz: Bu çalışmanın amacı, okul kütüphanecisinin, matematiksel olarak nasıl seçileceğini göstermektir. Okul kütüphanecisini seçmek için matematiksel seçim modeli olarak OWA (Sıralı Ağırlıklandırılmış Ortalama)** yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla, ilk olarak okul kütüphanecisinin karşılamak durumunda olduğu mesleki kriterler tanımlandı.
