We present a scalable EC/TC hybrid smart window using a DCPE that enables tunable solar modulation (ΔTsol:15–43%), fast electrochromic switching (<90 s), and strong thermal blocking (10–14°C reduction). HPMC improves thermal stability, while an optimized ISL enhances EC performance.

Sky‐Directional Radiative Cooling Meta‐Films for Daylighting Windows
A geometry‐mediated microprism meta‐film enables transparent, sky‐directional radiative cooling for daylighting windows. By decoupling control of visible transmittance from mid‐infrared emissivity, ground‐emitted heat absorption is suppressed while skyward heat dissipation is enhanced.

A porous parylene‐coated electrode loaded with dexamethasone was developed to reduce inflammation after cochlear implantation. In guinea pigs, the device provided sustained drug release, maintained biocompatibility, improved auditory brainstem response thresholds, and reduced inflammatory cell infiltration and TNF‐α expression.

On the stability of new impulsive ordinary differential equations
In this paper, we study new impulsive ordinary differential equations and apply fixed point approach to establish existence and uniqueness theorem and derive an interesting stability result in the sense of generalized $\beta$-Ulam-Hyers-Rassias. At last, two examples are given to demonstrate the applicability of our result.
