Electrical conductivity of MoS2 based organic–inorganic nanocomposites

open access: yesphysica status solidi (b), 2004
AbstractThe electrical conductivities of a series of MoS2‐organic layer nanocomposites prepared by the intercalation of donors like poly(ethylene oxide) and secondary amines are compared. Although for intercalated MoS2 species a metallic behavior is expected, the products behave as semiconductors probably because of their layered nature.
