Tuning the Organic Electrochemical Transistor (OECT) Threshold Voltage with Monomer Blends
A novel approach is introduced to modulate the threshold voltage of organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) that are fabricated by electropolymerizing the channel material between the source and drain electrodes.

A straightforward method is introduced to produce ion‐gel films with very low surface roughness by employing a solution‐shearing coating process. These ion‐gel films permit the growth of crystalline thin films of various small molecule organic semiconductor molecules directly on top of the ion‐gel layer, thereby enabling “inverted” small molecule ...

All Organic Fully Integrated Neuromorphic Crossbar Array
In this work, the first fully integrated crossbar array of electrochemical random‐access memory (ECRAM) that is composed entirely of organic materials is represented. This array can perform inference and in situ parallel training and is capable of classifying linearly separable 2D and 3D classification tasks with high accuracy.
