This review highlights glass transition temperature (Tg) as the central parameter linking molecular structure to device performance in conjugated polymers. A carbon nanotube field‐effect transistor (NTFET) sensor array is constructed to screen different opioids with machine learning models. Codeine, fentanyl, hydrocodone, and morphine are tested using the NTFET sensor array and classified with both conventional supervised learning models and deep learning models.

Advanced Materials, 2015Depressive short-term synaptic plasticity functions are implemented with a simple polymer poly(3,4ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PSS) organic electrochemical transistor device. These functions are a first step toward the realization of organic-based neuroinspired platforms with spatiotemporal information processing capabilities.
