How knowledge management mediates the relationship between environment and organizational structure.

open access: yes, 2012
[[abstract]]Literature examining how knowledge management (KM) capability helps organizational structures cope with uncertainty is limited. Thus, this study builds and tests an integrated model to investigate the relationship among environmental ...

Paclitaxel induces NM2‐dependent cellular contraction through GEF‐H1 dissociation from microtubules and RhoA/ROCK activation in cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Taxanes are widely used chemotherapeutics whose effects on cellular mechanics remain poorly understood. We show that paclitaxel induces rapid cellular contraction by promoting GEF‐H1 dissociation from microtubules and non‐muscle myosin II activation through RhoA/ROCK.

Organize Yapılar Üzerindeki Hâkimiyette Dolaylı Faillik Kurumunun Haksızlık Teorisi Yardımıyla Gerekçelendirilmesi

open access: yesTürk-Alman Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi Dergisi
Organize güç ilişkisine dayalı bir yapı içerisinde arkaplandaki kişinin tam sorumlu olan doğrudan failin işlediği suçtan dolayı dolaylı fail olarak cezalandırılması gerektiği görüşünün literatürde en yaygın gerekçesini oluşturan organizasyona egemenlik ...

p190A/ARHGAP35 and p190B/ARHGAP5 proteins in endometrial cancer: a novel cancer‐relevant paralog interplay

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study identifies ARHGAP5, in addition to the frequently mutated ARHGAP35, as significantly mutated in endometrial cancer. Mutations in both genes co‐occur and are associated with their correlated downregulation. Functional CRISPR studies show that both paralogs regulate similar pathways, including actin cytoskeleton organization.

Unique circulating miRNAome signatures captured with distinct molecular states in Lynch syndrome and sporadic colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Circulating microRNA profiles distinguish nonmalignant Lynch syndrome from cancer‐associated Lynch syndrome, sporadic colorectal cancer, and healthy controls. Age‐stratified analysis reveals disease‐specific regulatory states, and a six‐miRNA panel shows concordant separation in an independent colorectal tissue cohort.

Library as a social cluster information support

open access: yesБиблиосфера, 2015
The article analyzes modern library capability as a social cluster information support. A social cluster information support is offered to be considered not only as technological processes, but also as a process of intellectual resources exchange, that ...

Mutant p53R273H disrupts PDPK1 homodimerization and contributes to PDPK1 activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
How mutant p53R273H drives AKT signaling is unclear. We show that p53R273H, but not wild‐type, directly binds PDPK1 via a mutation‐dependent conformational change. This interaction disrupts inhibitory PDPK1 homodimerization and enhances AKT phosphorylation.

Method for automatic reorganization of the structure of multi-agent systems, based on the application of the simulated hardening algorithm

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений. Поволжский регион:Технические науки
Background. The organizational structure of a multi-agent system includes many roles of agents, their horizontal and vertical connections, components that control their behavior, as well as rules for their functioning.

Reprogramming tumor cells with LCOR mRNA nanotherapy to enhance immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
LCOR (Ligand‐dependent corepressor) mRNA encapsulated in polymeric nanoparticles restores LCOR activity in tumor cells, constraining aggressive tumor cell states and increasing tumor immunogenicity. This reprogramming makes tumor cells more vulnerable to T‐cell attack and enhances their response to immune‐checkpoint immunotherapy.
