Health Care Science, EarlyView.We developed a China‐specific social determinants of health (SDoH) framework and extracted SDoH information from a database of 5.6 million electronic medical records (EMRs) across more than 40 centers. The results showed that these EMRs include extractable data covering some SDoH categories, with moderate completeness and high availability.
