Advances in Organoid Technology: A Focus on Corneal Limbal Organoids
Stem Cell Reviews and ReportsOrganoid technology provides a versatile platform for simulating organogenesis, investigating disease pathogenesis, and exploring therapeutic interventions. Among various types of organoids that have been developed, corneal limbal organoids, the three-dimensional miniaturized corneas which are derived from either pluripotent stem cells or limbal ...

Differentiation, 1987
An organoid culture system for lung cells is described in which morphogenesis of lung histotypic structures and differentiation of both pneumocytes type II and mesenchyme occur. The principle of this technique is the culture of mouse fetal lung cells at high density on a membrane filter at the medium/air interface.

Organoids for Genotoxicity Assessment
Organoid cultures mimic the composition, structure, and function of the organ they derive from to a certain extent, providing more physiologically and biologically relevant results to humans than the currently used monolayer cell cultures and animal models.Angela L, Caipa Garcia +1 more
