Parkinsonism with organophosphate poisoning

Parkinsonism is a primary neurotoxic manifestation of organophosphate pesticide intoxication. We report here the case of a 67-year-old man who developed acute parkinsonism with tremors and rigidity following exposure to fenitrothion, an organophosphate pesticide.
