Orgasm and Faking Orgasm: Heterosexual Interactions in China
The Journal of Sex Research, 2022This article examines the prevalence and correlates of orgasm and faking orgasm in the last year among a representative sample of Chinese men and women. Existing research on orgasm in China has largely been confined to medical research. To our knowledge, no published studies have examined faking orgasm in a Chinese context.

Female orgasmic disorder (FOD) is defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition, Text Revision, as a persistent or recurrent delay in, or absence of, orgasm following a 'normal' sexual excitement phase. FOD is a common problem affecting sexual function in a substantial proportion of women.

Abstract Headache arising during intercourse is, of course, one of the most unsettling headache presentations. The differential diagnosis for sudden headache (e.g., subarachnoid hemorrhage, arterial dissection, cerebral venous thrombosis) is discussed as well as the gamut of exertional headaches.
