Spin Dynamics in the van der Waals Ferromagnet CrTe2 Engineered by Niobium Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Spin‐dynamic magnetic properties of van der Waals (vdW) ferromagnet 1T‐CrTe2 are tuned via niobium (Nb) as Cr1‐xNbxTe2 (x = 0–0.2). Nb doping enables wide‐band tuning of the resonance frequency from 40 GHz down to the few‐GHz regime, accompanied by a moderate increase in the Gilbert damping from ∼0.066 to ∼0.14.

Flash Assembloids: A Rapid Biofabrication of a Platform for Modeling Early Glioblastoma Invasion at the Glioblastoma–Brain Organoid Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a bioengineered assembloid (ASM) system combining glioblastoma (GBM) cells in oxidized alginate (OA) microgels with dorsal organoids (DOs). This model simulates brain tumor‐host interactions, revealing enhanced GBM invasion, altered gene expression, and aggressive infiltration patterns, demonstrating ASM as a valuable platform for ...

Cellular Responses to Mechanical Cues Across Scales: From Fundamental Insights to Translational Potential

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

Reactions to diabetes and their relationship to time orientation

International Journal of Rehabilitation Research, 2007
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between psychosocial adaptation to chronic illness and time orientation among the individuals diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Participants (N=106) were recruited via an on-line survey and an on-site health fair.
