We applied Mendelian randomization to explore causal links between blood cell traits and skeletal disorders. Using genetic instruments from large‐scale summary statistics, we assessed effects on bone continuity, density, and structural integrity. Sensitivity and reverse analyses confirmed robust associations, highlighting potential shared biological ...

Technique to create and identify by landslide susceptibility map applications using gis [PDF]
Los procesos de remoción de masas, son definidos como “procesos de transporte de material de movilización lenta o rápida de determinado volumen de suelo, roca o ambos, en diversas proporciones, generados por una serie de factores“ (Hauser, 1993 en ...

Probabilistic Lesion Mapping to Optimize Thalamotomy Targets for Focal Hand Dystonia
Objective Focal hand dystonia (FHD) severely impairs task‐specific motor control, yet the optimal surgical target for stereotactic intervention remains uncertain. This study aimed to identify the precise thalamic lesion site associated with symptomatic improvement and to clarify its network connectivity. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 164 patients

Sex‐Specific Genetic Architecture of ALS: Evidence of a Female Protective Effect?
Background Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) shows sex differences in incidence and age of onset, yet the underlying biological mechanisms remain poorly understood. Methods We investigated sex‐specific genetic architecture in an Italian ALS cohort with whole‐genome sequencing (1,333 ALS cases, 755 controls).

Objective SOD1 is the second most frequently mutated gene in European patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Given the recent authorization of SOD1‐targeted antisense oligonucleotides for SOD1‐ALS, prompt screening for SOD1 mutations in patients with ALS patients is highly recommended.

A decade of application of the Choquet and Sugeno integrals in multi-criteria decision aid [PDF]
The main advances regarding the use of the Choquet and Sugeno integrals in multi-criteria decision aid over the last decade are reviewed. They concern mainly a bipolar extension of both the Choquet integral and the Sugeno integral, interesting particular

Over the edge: Empirical evidence for the cliff‐edge model of obstetric selection
Abstract The cliff‐edge model of obstetric selection maintains that larger neonates and smaller birth canals confer a positive selective advantage until labor becomes obstructed and vaginal delivery is no longer possible, eliciting an abrupt reduction in fitness.

OWA-based fuzzy m-ary adjacency relations in Social Network Analysis. [PDF]
In this paper we propose an approach to Social Network Analysis (SNA) based on fuzzy m-ary adjacency relations. In particular, we show that the dimension of the analysis can naturally be increased and interesting results can be derived.
