Clinical Features and Prognostic Insights in Sinonasal Sarcomas: A 76‐Case Single‐Institution Experience

This study reviewed 76 cases of sinonasal sarcoma over 27 years, analyzing clinical features, treatment outcomes, and prognostic factors. Smoking history, advanced age, and neurovascular involvement were identified as significant contributors to reduced survival, with smoking being an independent predictor of higher mortality.
