Mechanical Properties of FRCs and Orthodontic twisted wires: a further investigations

The flexural properties of orthodontic FRC and stainless steel twisted retainers was studied. Four different span, lengths of both FRCs and stainless steel retainers were investigated. The different span lengh showed different characteristic.

Tooth Wear Severity and Temporomandibular Joint Degenerative Findings on Cone‐Beam Computed Tomography: A Cross‐Sectional Study in Adults

In 80 adults with TMD symptoms (160 joints), tooth wear was scored clinically and TMJ degeneration was assessed on CBCT. Adjusted analyses showed no association with osteophytes, erosion, subchondral cysts, or definite osteoarthritis, indicating that tooth wear alone does not predict TMJ degeneration.
