In this study, we find CD55+ neutrophils show activated NETosis within bone marrow, induce BMSC senescence and osteogenesis inhibition, finally leading to bone aging initiation. Mechanistically, ROS synergizes with the CD55‐driven HIF1α‐PADI4 pathway to promote NETosis.

Flowable Composites for Bonding Orthodontic Retainers
Abstract Objective: To test the null hypothesis that there are no statistically significant differences between flowables and an orthodontic adhesive tested in terms of shear bond strength (SBS) and pullout resistance. Materials and Methods: To test the SBS of Light Bond, FlowTain, Filtek Supreme, and Tetric Flow ...

In the unmethylated state, TEAD forms stable, repressive condensates that sequester the osteogenic master regulator RUNX2. Arginine methylation of TEAD at R55 acts as a molecular brake, dissolving these condensates to release RUNX2 and activate the osteogenic program.

The Behavior of Two Types of Upper Removable Retainers—Our Clinical Experience
The Hawley retainer (HR) and the vacuum-formed retainer (VFR) are the most common removable retainers in orthodontic treatments. The aim of this retrospective study was to comparatively analyze the behavior of two types of removable retainers—HRs and ...

Mechanical loading induces a previously unrecognized Sox9+Acan+ transitional mesenchymal cell population in the periodontal ligament that promotes osteoclastogenesis via the FGF2–FGFR2–ERK axis. Targeting this mechanoresponsive stromal population using a localized GelMA@siRNA delivery strategy attenuates pathological osteoclast overactivation and root ...
