Adaptive beamformer orthogonal rejection test

IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, 2001
Research in the area of signal detection in the presence of unknown interference has resulted in a number of adaptive detection algorithms. Examples of such algorithms include the adaptive matched filter (AMF), the generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT), and the adaptive coherence estimator (ACE).

Testing the Principle of Orthogonality in Language Design

Human-Computer Interaction, 1989
Research has shown that organization plays an important role in memory. This study applies these findings to the design of a command language. The concept of orthogonality was used to maximize the internal organization of a text-editing command language.

A PSO Algorithm Based on Orthogonal Test Design

2009 Fifth International Conference on Natural Computation, 2009
We present a particle swarm optimization algorithm OT-PSO using orthogonal test technique. Based on the classical PSO, OT-PSO searches for local optimum in the neighbor area of the global best solution by using the method of orthogonal test design.

A Bayesian approach to orthogonal rejection tests

2015 IEEE Radar Conference (RadarCon), 2015
In this paper, we deal with the problem of adaptive radar detection of point-like targets in presence of noise with unknown spectral properties. As customary, we assume that a set of data sharing the same properties of the noise in the cell under test is available. A Bayesian framework is adopted at the design stage.
