“Oscillating” Metallocene Catalysts: What Stops the Oscillation?
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2003The 150 MHz (13)C NMR microstructural analysis of polypropylene samples produced with two representative "oscillating" metallocene catalysts of largely different steric hindrance, namely [(2-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenyl)indenyl)(2)ZrP](+) and [(2-phenylindenyl)(2)ZrP](+) (P = polymeryl), and the implications on the origin of the stereocontrol are

Oscillations within oscillations
Applied Mathematics and Computation, 1993Previously we have shown that for a particular choice of origin point data, the nonintegrable Aesthetic Field Equations collapse into a simpler set of equations, called the A, B, J, L equations. These equations lead to sinusoidal variation along any path segment for all the field quantities. In this paper we find, for a different choice of origin point

CML ring oscillators: oscillation frequency
ISCAS 2001. The 2001 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01CH37196), 2002In this paper an analytical model of the oscillation frequency of a differential CML ring oscillator is proposed. The model helps to choose the bias current value to optimize speed, and it is useful to estimate the oscillation frequency changes associated with the bias current change and to process tolerances.
