Configuration‐Encoded Cell Alignment by Light‐Gated Silicon Photovoltaic Microcell Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Light‐gated silicon photovoltaic microcells convert pulsed illumination into localized electrical cues. Arranging otherwise similar microcells into four‐lobed, six‐lobed, or circular patterns directs fibroblasts into corresponding local arrangements without wired stimulation.

Asymptotic analysis of oscillatory integrals [PDF]

open access: yes
application/pdf論文(Article)In this summary, we discuss the recent study for the asymptotic behavior of oscillatory integrals at infinity. In a seminal work of A. N. Varchenko, the behavior of oscillatory integrals at infinity with real analytic phases are

A Miniaturized Autonomous Thermomagnetic Generator

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Micro, autonomous and high power thermomagnetic generator operating between a heat dissipator and a processor. ABSTRACT Thermomagnetic generators (TMG) are promising devices for converting low‐grade waste heat into electricity. Self‐actuation using permanent magnets is the key to autonomy.

In Situ Interfacial Assembly of Dynamic Semi‐Interpenetrating Biopolymer Networks for Robust and Mechanically Adaptive Droplet Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A dynamic interfacial semi‐interpenetrating polymer network is constructed by sequential assembly of β‐sheet‐rich SF and CS‐RL. The SF framework provides mechanical strength, while dynamically associated CS‐RL enables local rearrangement, allowing droplets to rapidly reconfigure without loss of interfacial integrity.

Numerical investigation of low-frequency shock train oscillations in a divergent isolator with vortex generator jets.

open access: yesPLoS ONE
This study numerically investigates the low-frequency oscillations of shock trains within a two-stage divergent isolator equipped with four vortex generator jets, operating at Mach 3.034 under a constant backpressure of 0.25 MPa.

Programming Neuromorphic Plasticity Through Ionic and Electronic Coupling in Organic Electrochemical Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Neuromorphic plasticity in OECTs is governed by the post‐stimulus evolution of coupled ionic and electronic states. Semiconductor chemistry and morphology, electrolyte composition and interfaces, and device architecture regulate ion injection, transport, confinement, and release, shifting responses from rapidly relaxing STP to metastable memory and ...

Beyond Primary Nucleation: Molecular Basis of Peptide Crystal Secondary Nucleation at Soft Interface

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
High spatiotemporal‐resolution atomic force microscopy directly resolved peptide secondary nucleation (SN) and growth characteristics and mechanisms on HOPG. The landscape of peptide nucleation sites, growth dynamics, molecular‐scale structures, phase transitions, and cross‐seeding processes were realized.

Oscillatory integrals and Weierstrass polynomials [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
In this work we consider some applications of the Weierstrass preparation theorem and Weierstrass pseudopolynomials to study of behavior of the oscillatory integrals and Fourier transforms with analytic and smooth phases with critical ...

A Nonlinear Organic Low‐Frequency Sound Sensor Based on Electrochemical Coupling in a Solidified Gel Membrane

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A novel nonlinear infrasound sensor concept based on a free‐standing ion conductive gel membrane is introduced. Acoustic signals are directly transduced into an electrical signal using an internal application mechanisms (gating). The nonlinearity might be used for neuromorphic in‐sensor computing. ABSTRACT Measuring low‐frequency or infrasound acoustic
